Only after a careful check we roast in full compliance with the Italian tradition that requires slow roasting and natural air cooling.
After the correct maturation we package our coffee beans in a protective atmosphere and vacuum ground to preserve it as best as possible.
The certification according to the FSSC 22000 standards guarantees us
